I upgraded to a 2nd Gen Touch and gave my workhorse 3rd gen Nano to my wife. She loves green so I found this case. It is as advertised. The leather is top-grain and soft. The iPod fits perfectly and all inputs and buttons are accessible.
The tab that holds the the iPod up when it is in "kickstand" mode looks like it goes in the docking port. It does not. The narrow top of the tab slides in between the player and the inner case. The player then sits on the wider part of the tab.
There is a clear plastic cover that protect the screen and the flap has a very powerful magnet that keeps the flap closed.
All in all this is a great case that is sure to keep your iPod protected.
